Standing Dental Advisory Committee (SDAC)
The Standing Dental Advisory Committee (SDAC) was established in 1946 to advise the Minister and the Central Health Services Committee (CHSC) on matters relating to services provided under the 1946 Act. SDAC was discontinued following consultation in 2008.
Review of the dentally-based specialities and specialist lists
The Chief Dental Officer (CDO) for England, Professor Raman Bedi, commissioned the Committee to undertake a formal review in 2003.
