The National Nursing Research Unit (NNRU) is a multidisciplinary national centre for nursing research in England which receives funding from the Department of Health's Policy Research Programme. In 2007 the National Nursing Research Unit launched Policy+ which delivers brief overviews of evidence related to current policies affecting the nursing workforce in England, the wider United Kingdom and the rest of the world.
