It is developing to include Department of Health published guidance, policy statements and other relevant information relating to decontamination, prescribing in dentistry, clinical governance and cross infection control.

In relation to cross infection control, DH is working with a range of stakeholders including the Infection Control Nurses Association and the British Dental Association.

The primary care contracting website also contains some useful advice and good practice for primary care trusts and strategic health authorities in relation to clinical governance.
