In the White Paper, 'Choosing Health: Making healthy choices easier', there was a commitment to consult widely on the process of drawing up the detailed legislation on smokefree public places. This consultation fulfils that commitment.

This consultation runs from 20 June 2005 until 5 September 2005. Responses should reach the Smokefree Legislation Team at the latest by 5 September 2005.
