A Department of Health response to the consultation paper A code of practice for the use of powers to counter NHS fraud and security incidents

Response to a consultation which sought comments on a draft Code of Practice setting out the requirements that NHS CFSMS counter fraud or security management specialists should follow when obtaining, handling, using and disclosing information obtained through the use of powers contained in the NHS Act 2006 and NHS (Wales) Act 2006.
