National standards for providing social care services in high security hospitals - Summary of Outcome

In April 2003 chief inspector Denise Platt wrote to seek the views of chief executives on completing the implementation of the national standards for the provision of social care services in the high security hospitals (CI(2003)7. The respondents to the consultation generally supported the proposal that the remaining standards should be implemented by 2005. The action that will need to be taken to ensure that all the standards are implemented by 31 March 2005 is explained in CI (2003)12, National Standards for the provision of social care services in hospitals
