Proposals to Reform and Modernise the NHS (Pharmaceutical Servcies) Regulations 1992 : Summary of Responses

Following the Government response of 17 July 2003 to the Office of Fair Trading report, The control of entry regulations and retail pharmacy services in the UK, the Department of Health published further details of the balanced package of measures to reform the current regulatory system on 29 August 2003. The consultation document, Proposals to reform and modernise the NHS (Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 1992, invited comments on how best to implement these by 21 November 2003. This paper summarises the responses including those received aftre the closing date.
