DH stakeholder survey

This survey helps DH staff to understand the challenges our stakeholders face and how the Department might work better with them.

 An initial study between December 2004 and January 2005 involved conducting structured telephone interviews and some face to face interviews with 350 senior stakeholders from seven different stakeholder groups. This survey provides a baseline against which to track future shifts in stakeholder perceptions.

TNS Social Research conducted further research in two waves in response to the baseline study, with the same seven stakeholder groups.
