GP patient survey

Thank you for your recent letter to Linda Percival about the GP patient survey.  Your letter has been passed to me for reply under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act (FOI) 2000.

It is expected that the Survey will cost a maximum of £11million.  This includes costs to conduct both the Access and Choice components of the Survey.
