How many Freedom of Information Act requests has the Department of Health received, and how many have received the information they requested within the statutory 20 days?
Response
The number of requests received from 1 January to 23 February was 278.
Of the 278, 162 required a response before 23 February. Of these, 90 were dealt with within the FOI statutory deadline.
