Information on research on staff behaviours and relationships in health and social care.

Question

I understand the Department of Health commissioned TNS, an independent social research company to undertake telephone interviews of NHS, DH, local government and arm's length body employees as part of a project exploring behaviours and relationships in the health and social care system.

I understand the research was due to take place between 10 and 28 January 2005. I would like to see any transcripts of the interviews or reports produced as a result of them.

Response

The Department does not own the transcripts but a hard copy of the final report and charts is below. The final report includes information produced for the interim reports. It also includes anonymous extracts from the transcripts of interviews with staff.
