- Statistics related to access to all pages for the disclosure log on your external website, since January 2005, broken down by page, by month, by ISP of visitor and by method of referral (eg search engine, hyperlink)
- List of all freedom of information requests and releases since January 2005.
Response
I am writing in response to your email of 26 October asking about: 1) use of the freedom of information (FOI) pages on the Department of Health (DH) website; and 2) the FOI requests and releases received by the Department of Health. We can provide the information as follows:
- We do not collect all of the statistical information you asked for in the format you requested. However, we do collect site usage statistics by page and month and this information is given for January to October 2005 in the attached spreadsheet.
- A spreadsheet listing FOI requests and releases since January 2005 to 26 October is attached.
But you should note that the releases include both those answered in full and in part. Cases that appear on completed sheet and not on the release sheet may be where Department did not hold the material requested, where the material was withheld or where advice and assistance letters were sent to enable the applicant to narrow down their request in order that it may be fulfilled.
