Examples of innovation and good practice
This section focuses on good practice. It includes: an overview of the work of the Action on Neurology programme, which worked through pilot sites to develop new and better ways of delivering care; a summary of good practice examples (with links to more detailed information on each) which show how some organisations are already delivering aspects of the NSF Quality Requirements; and a paper on potential savings for the NHS and social services that can be made through implementing the NSF on Long-term Conditions. (The paper includes examples of services where measurable savings have been made.)
