LPS Permanence guidance
LPS Permanence allows PCTs to enter into LPS contracts without requiring prior approval of the Secretary of State for Health. This should provide PCTs with flexibility to make LPS arrangements in response to local needs within timetables of their own choosing.

This guidance document provides information on aspects of LPS and the commissioning process and may be of use to those PCTs that wish to use LPS.
Local pharmaceutical services ready reckoner
