PPRS reports to parliament
In 1994 the Health Committee recommended that the Department of Health introduce greater transparency into the PPRS by publishing an annual report on the scheme. The first report was published in 1996, and there has been one almost every year since.

This is the ninth Report to Parliament on the Pharmaceutical Price Regulation Scheme (PPRS). The first report was published in May 1996 following a recommendation by the Health Committee that the ‘Department of Health should introduce greater transparency into the PPRS by publishing an annual report on the scheme’.
