In response to the National Audit Office (NAO) report 'The Provision of Out-of-Hours Care in England', the Department of Health held a joint conference with the NAO aimed at PCTs and service providers. The event offered the opportunity to network, share learning on effective commissioning for cost effective GP out-of-hours services and engage in informed debate about meeting quality requirements.  Lord Warner's keynote speech and speaker presentations attached:
