Consolidated National Health Service (General Ophthalmic Services) Regulations 1986

The following text represents the wording of the National Health Service (General Ophthalmic Services) Regulations 1986 (S.I. 1986/975) as it applies to England, as it stood in April 2006.

This takes account of amendments made by the following SIs:

S.I. 1988/486, 1989/395 and 1175, 1990/1051, 1991/583, 1992/404, 1995/558, 1996/705 and 2320, 1999/693, 2000/2562, 2001/414, 3066 and 3739, 2002/601, 1920 and 2469, 2003/657, 2381 and 2863, 2004/642, 865, 936, 1014 and 1138. It does not include amendments which have effect only in relation to Wales or where the text in force in Wales is not the same is that in force in England.
