GMS Premises Costs Directions

Delivering Investment in General Practice - Implementing the new GMS Contract is the product of negotiations between the GPC, the NHS Confederation and the Department and was agreed by all parties. Chapter 4 included the principles to recognise Contractors' costs incurred to provide premises suitable for the delivery of nGMS services. Details of the arrangements to be used to calculate and make payments are included in the National Health Service (General Medical Services - Premises Costs) (England) Directions 2004 which came into force on 1 April 2004.
