This sets out the principles of how the annual QOF review visit process should work and should be read in conjunction with" Delivering Investment in General Practice: Implementing the New GMS Contract" and the supplementary documents to the June 2003 version of the contract. It has been agreed with the NHS Confederation and GPC.
