Four different contract models and guides have been produced for use in connection with the provision of clinical, non-commercial, mental health services, and education and training by NHS Primary Care Trusts (PCT) and Foundation Trusts (NHSFT).

Note: Please be aware that CHAI has been renamed The Healthcare Commission and is referred to as such in this document.

The Clinical Services model is for use by a single PCT commissioning services from a single NHSFT.
