ISTC NHS Trust subcontract pricing guidance

Guidance was issued on 29 November 2004 by Richard Douglas, DH Director of Finance, on the pricing of ISTC NHS Trust subcontracts, so those SHAs with open ISTC schemes could pass this information on to the NHS Trusts in their juristiction.
