Postgraduate Deans and Directors of GP Education
In September 2004 the Department of Health issued guidance on the scales available to SHAs. The guidance suggests a framework of SHA awarded supplements commensurate with the job weight and complexity of their roles. This intended to provide a pathway within which SHA's can establish levels of pay locally.
