Further details on 14 areas of the main 'Working Together with Health Information' strategy document, available online only. Throughout the strategy's lifetime (1999-2005), the Strategy Annex will be updated to reflect progress made and lessons learned.
ETD Strategy Annex
The Education, Training and Development Strategy that supports the implementation of the NHS's national information strategy Information for Health, provides policy level guidance about what needs to be done to help develop new skills and change the culture of information management and use in the NHS.
The Strategy Annex, currently in 14 sections (see below), gives more detailed information about aspects of the main strategy. The Annex is a key working tool for the NHS Executive Information Policy Unit. It will be updated continually to reflect development and progress in implementing Education Training and Development activities over the lifetime of the strategy (from 1999 to 2005).
