Review of allegations of bullying and harassment of the United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust by the East Midlands Strategic Health Authority
Following allegations of bullying and harassment against the East Midlands Strategic Health Authority, David Nicholson asked Neil Goodwin, a former Chief Executive in the NHS, to undertake an independent review of these allegations. The focus of this review is on how the SHA responded to performance issues at ULHT, in particular the allegations of bullying and harassment.
