Evaluation of invitation to tender - step 13
A Commercial Guidance document has been developed by the DH, summarising key commercial strategy and framework provisions that PCTs may wish to consider for their procurement. The APMS Directions 2008 (the “Directions”) set out mandatory requirements that PCTs must include and comply with when contracting with Providers.
