Commercial strategy, framework and provisions guidance for PCTs

This guidance document summarises key commercial strategy and framework provisions that PCTs may wish to consider for their procurement. The APMS Directions 2008 (the 'Directions') set out mandatory requirements that PCTs must include and comply with when contracting with Providers. The 'Commercial Strategy, Framework and Provisions Guidance for PCTs' sets out commercial positions which are not designated by the Directions as mandatory but PCTs are advised to consider.
