The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) Evaluation Plan template has been updated to include a revised PQQ Question Log, which signals questions that are evaluated and graded and those questions that are recorded for information or assessed on a pass / fail basis. The consolidation of results section has also been revised to make this process easier for PCTs - the recommendation to present the overall weighted score for each bidder as a percentage score has been removed to reduce complication.
