NHS LIFT aims to develop a new market for investment in primary care and community-based facilities and services
NHS LIFT is a vehicle for improving and developing frontline primary and community care facilities. It is allowing PCTs to invest in new premises in new locations, not merely reproduce existing types of service. It is providing patients with modern integrated health services in high quality, fit for purpose primary care premises.

Details of all NHS LIFT schemes currently underway. To date 48 projects, in four waves, have been approved. Of these, 45 schemes have reached financial close on their first developments. The remaining 3 fourth wave LIFT projects are currently working with their preferred partners towards financial close.
