This guidance, set out in a series of publications dating from 1994 to 2000, outlines proven methods of selecting contracts - Works / JCT / Engineering & Construction - and commissioning architects, surveyors, engineers, project managers and clerk of works. It contains further details of the contracting procedures for construction projects, including EC and GATT regulations, set out in CIM Management of Construction Projects as mandatory.

Whilst still relevant for small and traditional forms of contract strategies, developments in procurement regulations and routes - such as EU regulations and PFI, P21 and LIFT - supersede CONCODE.  Titles in the series are viewable from DH Estates & Facilities Division's downloadable publication list and the DH Estates Knowledge and Information Portal.
