Standard Output Specifications
The next iteration of the Output Specifications is complete and Version 3 of the specifications can be found on this website.
Version 3 takes into account the recent revisions to the Standard Form Payment Mechanism.
Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ)
A small amendment has been made to the weightings in the PQQ guidance. Previously the weightings only added to 99% and this has been corrected to 100% by changing the weighting for Question D3 on Advisers to 3 from 2 (see Annex 3).
In reality this should not have caused any problems as Trusts were given authority in the guidance to vary the weightings by +/- 2% per question.
