The Department of Health (DH) is seeking a supplier to undertake a brief evaluation of the effectiveness of the existing International Humanitarian and Health work Toolkit to Support good practice and then work with government and other stakeholders to develop a new framework for the way that the NHS and other UK health and health care institutions can contribute to international development.
