NHS Fraud Awareness Month
The importance of all staff helping to combat fraud within the NHS is being stressed again during NHS Fraud Awareness Month.
Building on the strength of last year's event, the NHS Counter Fraud Service is visiting over 200 hospital sites in England and Wales and meeting an estimated 150,000 NHS staff and patients this month.
The aim is to raise awareness of fraud and the effect it has on the health service.
