NHS Fraud Awareness Month
The importance of all staff in combating fraud within the NHS is being stressed again at the start of NHS Fraud Awareness Month.
Building on the strength of last year's event, the NHS Counter Fraud Service will be visiting over 200 hospital sites in England and Wales and meeting an estimated 150,000 NHS staff and patients during October.
The aim is to raise awareness of fraud and the effect it has on the health service.
