The NHS Continuing Healthcare (Responsibilities) Directions 2007

The National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS-funded Nursing care was issued as best practice guidance in June 2007. These directions make compliance with that guidance mandatory, with effect from 1 October 2007.
