This amendment to the Statement of Financial Entitlements (SFE) comes into force on the 1st April 2007. PCTs will be aware that Annex C of the SFE, covering the "Temporary Patients Adjustment" only provides details of payments for the financial year 2006/2007. This amendment amends Annex C to provide details of the payment methodology for the year 2007/2008. In most circumstances, this will involve the rolling forward of the 2006/2007 level of payment in respect of the "Temporary Patients Adjustment".
