The Amendment Direction is required to ensure functions related to the NHS Bursary administered by NHS BSA Student Bursaries comply with Article 24(1) of European Community Directive 2004/38/EC. This Directive is about the right of citizens of the European Union and their family members to move and reside freely within the member states.
