The Controlled Drugs (Supervision of Management and Use) Regulations 2006

The objective of the Regulations is to safeguard patients, to improve the quality of the management and use of Controlled Drugs (CDs) and minimize the risk of diversion of CDs to illegitimate uses, in both England and Scotland.
