This Advance Letter sets out the agreement reached by the Administrative and Clerical Staffs Whitley Council on increases to the national salary scales for the years 1999/2000, 2000/2001 and 2001/2002. It also explains the increases to London allowances, effective for the years 1999/2000 and 2000/2001.
