Letter announcing the launch of the Health Inequalities Intervention Tool. Produced by the Association of Public Health Observatories and the Department of Health, the tool is designed to aid Spearhead PCTs and partner local authorities in ensuring local planning and commissioning will narrow local inequalities, in support of Local Delivery Plans and Local Area Agreements.
