Letter drawing the attention of local authority chief executives to an arrangement between the Welsh Ministers and the Secretary of State for Health. The arrangement is in relation to the determination of disputes between English and Welsh authorities concerning the ordinary residence of individuals to whom accommodation and/or services are provided under part 3 of the National Assistance Act 1948.
