Ministers in the Department of Health and the Department for Children, Schools and Families have written to local authority and primary care trust chief executives setting out the full Comprehensive Spending Review settlement in relation to priorities for disabled children's services, including investment in short breaks, palliative care, transition support and access to childcare.
