Aiming High for Disabled Children: Draft core offer standards paper

This letter invites views on a draft paper which explains the background of the 'core offer' for disabled children and their families, a commitment made by the Government in Aiming High for Disabled Children, published in May 2007. The core offer aims to set out clearly, and in one place, a national statement of expectations for how disabled children and their parents will be informed and involved as their needs are assessed and the necessary services provided.
