Letter giving arrangements for additional ring fenced CSR revenue funding that has been made available over three years to help with the additional costs that may be incurred with the reprovision of people with learning disabilities from campus accommodation to housing in the community. A census is being carried out to establish the basis for the allocation. A copy of the census is included in the letter.
