Letter from the Director General for NHS Finance, Performance and Operations to let SHA, PCT and NHS Trust Chief Executives know of the intention to use PCT level surveys to measure local patient experience of 18-week pathways. Patient experience of choice will continue to be measured through the National Patient Choice Survey.
