A letter from Professor David Salisbury to the NHS explaining that from September 2012, girls entering year 8 at school (i.e. aged 12 to 13 years) will receive three doses of Gardasil human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine instead of Cervarix. A question and answer sheet is attached to the letter.
