04/11/03: Reporting of social services statistical data to DH

Confirms which Social Services statistical returns need to be completed in 2004; most relate to provision in 2003-04 and are mainly due for return by the end of May 2004. The list of forms and their due dates for return to the Department of Health are at Appendix 1. Appendix 2 sets out the reporting methods that are available for each return. Appendix 3 provides information KS1 changes between 2002/3 and 2003/4 on collecting additional data required for the new practice learning indicator being introduced for 2003/4. Appendix 4 provides guidance on PSS EX1 changes between 2002/3 and 2003/4.
