Letter advising SHA chief executives that increases in the overall paybill for senior managers should be no more than 3.225% in 2005/06. This covers 'very senior managers' - ie Chief Executives, Directors and others who report directly to Chief Executives - and senior managers who are on local contracts rather than Agenda for Change.
