This communication is to inform ambulance trusts of the Injury Costs Recovery Scheme which will commence on 29th January 2007. This scheme allows for the recovery of any ambulance services costs provided to an injured person where there has been a successful personal injury compensation claim. The letter goes along with a form (to be completed and returned by 16 October 2006) and an information pack.
