Eaton Electrical Ltd have identified that a small number of 160A and 200/250A switches/switch fuses over 10 years old have failed to operate correctly when switched. The failure manifests itself as an internal component failure that potentially allows the switch to indicate OFF when the switch is still ON. This could allow access to parts that are possibly live.
