Identification of filtered socket outlets manufactured by Caradon MK Electric Ltd installed since 1999 (list number K1816 WHI and K1826 WHI) should be carried out. Staff are advised to carry out polarity test on identified units and if a polarity defect is identified, the unit should be withdrawn from service and returned to the manufacturer for replacement.
